What
is your Privacy Policy?
We do NOT share any of your information with any other company or website.
Your information is used only for the proposes of communication, billing
and shipping. All Credit Card information is strictly guarded and is used
only to bill you for products and services your order.
What
exactly is 80# paper?
Bulk paper is sold by it’s “basis” weight in pounds
of a ream (500 sheets) of 25" x 38" sheets. As such, 500 25
by 38 inch sheets of 80# paper weighs 80 pounds. More commonly, you can
think of it as the overall thickness of the paper. For example, most paper
you buy for your home inkjet printer is 24 pound (or 24#).
How
long will it take to receive my order?
Most jobs will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days after you send your
order. If you require a proof, we will not start the process until we
receive a written OK to go to print. Shipping time will vary according
to the method you order.
I
am in a super rush. How can I get my order faster?
Our standard 3 to 5 day turnaround is fast, but we can also help you if
you need a production turnaround of one business day. You can expect to
pay a lot more for your job. If you need rush service you can not place
your order online. Please call us at 1-888-302-1888 or 602-265-2299 with
your request. We'll give you a quote and you can place your order and
give payment information over the phone.
Will
my job match what I see on my monitor?
Most people are extremely pleased with the results. But keep in mind that
there are tremendous differences in monitor calibration. Just walk into
your local electronics store and look at the rows of televisions. They
ALL look different. If you have a color printer at home or work, try printing
a copy of your file. When you compare this to your screen, it will have
some variances in color. As such, we are unable to guarantee exact color
matching to your screen.
Will
my job match my own inkjet printer, or a previously printed sample?
We feel that our finished products look amazing! Unfortunately, small
inkjet and laser printers were not created to match million dollar printing
presses. In fact, they weren’t even built to match each other! Because
of this, we do not guarantee that your finished piece will be an exact
match of your printed sample. If you need dead-on exact color, you can
expect to pay as much as 5 or even 10 times the prices you’d see
on this website.

Can
I get a proof?
Of course. If you choose, we can e-mail you a .pdf or .jpg proof. But
please note that the colors may shift on the final printed job. We can
also mail you a hardcopy print. This proof will be a fairly close approximation
of the final job. Please note that proofs cost extra and will add extra
time onto the completion date of your project.
Should
I use the "Pack and Go" feature, of Microsoft Publisher, or
should send the *.pub file?
We can work with either type, but we prefer to get the normal, uncompressed
*.pub files. If you are submitting a file with linked graphics (NOT recommended
in Publisher), please gather all the associated files into a single compressed
file. Remember to include all fonts that you use in you file.
Can you print jobs that are different sizes than the ones you
are offering?
Yes. Call or e-mail us for a custom quote.
What
if I want to re-order a piece?
We get so many files that it is impossible for us to store them all. As
such, we delete your digital files from our computer network within a
few days of the completion of your job. To re-order, simply send us the
file you used for the previous project.
Can
I order one or two color printing?
We do not offer one or two color products. If you need lower quantities,
then we suggest that you go ahead and print with full color. Most likely,
it will be the same price as one or two colors. Unfortunately, if you
want letterhead, you can not use it in a laser printer. In addition, we
don't print envelopes.
Are
your prices so low because you "gang" my job together with someone
else's?
Our low run jobs and NOT ganged! Your project will be run all on its own.
